In order to return your Bestie for cash back - it must still be in its packaging

unopened & unstained within 1 week of receiving your item.

For store credit please return your Bestie within 21 days in the same conditions listed above.. 
If your Bestie has defects (like a rip in the stitching for example) - please contact us, You may be eligible for a new Bestie for free.

If you have chosen the "Pick-up" option for your shipping, you have 21 days to pick up your Bestie. You may choose to add shipping at any time, please contact us to set up shipment. Unfortunately, orders that have not been picked-up in 21 days cannot be cancelled, and are not eligible for a refund. Bestie colors are limited edition, and in order to allow everyone a fair chance to score from these colors, we have to upkeep this non-cancellation rule for pickups. Additionally, if anything happens to your Bestie (burns, rips etc. ), we offer our exchange program. Since Bestie is made of natural materials, simply return your Bestie to us and we will recycle it, and offer you 40% discount on a new Bestie.
